How do I cancel my subscription?

If you intend to cancel your subscription, you must do it before the billing cycle date to ensure that you will not be billed for another cycle. To do this, log into your account at the member’s area, find your current active subscription under the ‘Your payment history’ heading, and click ‘Cancel’.

You’ll be then taken to the PayPal website. Find the subscription to ‘Stomp Creative Networks’, with the type ‘Subscription Creation To’, and click on ‘Details’. You will then be able to click the ‘Cancel’ button to finalise the cancellation of your subscription. Note that you’ll still be able to use your proxy subscription until the date of your cycle ends.
