Help

I’m using the SOCKS proxy, however I cannot view streaming video content (eg. Youtube)

The SOCKS proxy will send all web browser traffic through our servers, including streaming Flash video content. Therefore, you may notice that although streaming video websites such as YouTube will become unblocked, you still may not be able to view the videos because your network administrator has blocked all Flash video files (.flv).

You can test whether or not Flash video files are available on your network by attempting to download this test file.

If you’re unable to download it, then that means that your network administrator has placed a filter on Flash streaming video content, and unfortunately there is no way to bypass this restriction.
