Due to the nature of our service, we only offer refunds in the following cases:- You have made an error in subscribing to the service and have not used the proxy in any way whatsoever.
- At our own discretion.
Refunds are NOT issued for the following reasons:
- Technical issues
While we strive to provide you with excellent proxy access, we make no guarantees in the reliability, compatibility or accessibility of the Proxylicious services. Please see our Terms of Service for more information. However if you do discover a technical issue, please contact us immediately for it to be investigated. - Automatic subscription renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless a cancellation notice is received. Please log into your member’s area to cancel your subscription prior to your subscription renewal date, or you will be billed again. - Un-used access
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for un-used service.
